KM Partners is an Estonia-based hospitality recruitment agency founded by Karolina and Maria. We combine experience in Scandinavian business partnerships with practical hospitality industry knowledge to connect employers with suitable professionals.

Our story

We understand hospitality from the inside.

KM Partners was created around two complementary areas of experience: working with Scandinavian companies and working directly inside the hospitality industry.

Maria brings extensive experience in communication and cooperation with companies, including many years of working with a Norwegian company. She focuses on building relationships with employers, discussing cooperation terms and coordinating the agreement and contract process.

Karolina brings practical hospitality experience from working as a professional chef in Scandinavia. Having worked inside demanding restaurant and hotel environments, she understands how important it is for employers to have reliable, skilled professionals who can perform in real working conditions.

This combination allows KM Partners to understand both sides of recruitment — what employers need and what makes a candidate genuinely suitable for the job.

Co-Founder | Recruitment & Candidate Selection

Hospitality professional with extensive experience as a chef, including work in Scandinavia. Karolina is responsible for candidate search, interviews and initial selection. Her practical industry experience helps her understand what employers really need from hospitality professionals and identify candidates who are prepared for the realities of the job.

Maria

Co-Founder | Partnerships & Contracts

Maria is responsible for communication with partner companies, cooperation discussions and contract coordination. She brings many years of experience working with a Norwegian company and understands the importance of clear communication, reliable agreements and long-term professional relationships.
